What Will you do With the Summary Statement of the Wisest man to Ever Live?

Today's text from the ESV Study Bible: Proverbs 1-3.

If you could have a cup of coffee, with the wisest man who ever lived, would you want to?

Wouldn't you want to know the #1 thing he would tell you?

Well, he did, right there is verse seven:

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge;
fools despise wisdom and instruction. (Proverbs 1:7)

Solomon also told us the very same thing in this personal journal:

The end of the matter; all has been heard. Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the whole duty of man. 14 For God will bring every deed into judgment, with every secret thing, whether good or evil. (Ecclesiastes 12:13-14)
