Jamie Rasmussen, the Senior Pastor @ Scottsdale Bible Church was on a study break this week. To my delight, we got to hear Dr. Wayne Grudem speak this morning in our service.
We have been journeying through 1 Peter, and this morning Dr. Grudem spoke on the subject of wives, and their submission to husbands.
This is a difficult subject for our culture to hear. Unfortunately, some of that difficulty finds its way into the church.
But as you will see, Dr. Grudem brings this subject with humility, sensitivity, and helps wives understand that the beauty of Christ shines through them when they observe God's commands, and most of all, they can bring pleasure and glory to God the Father as they model Christ's love in the home.
