Arizona "Choose Life" License Plate

For years, Arizonans have been denied the ability to purchase a "Choose Life" license plate for their automobiles. 

Yesterday, the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals unanimously overturned a 2005 verdict, by U.S. District Judge Paul G. Rosenblatt.
